We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, please note the following terms applicable.

1. Return must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. We reserve the right to do a thorough quality check and determine the salability of the product. Only products that reach us intact and are good for reselling will be accepted under the refund policy.
3. The items must be in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
4. In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a gift Voucher/credit note can be issued to you.
5. The refund policy is only applicable on those items purchased from AJS Living catalogue / Website only.
6. Payments for refunds will be made by cheque after deducting a 5% administration charges.
7. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
8. In Case Return order value is less than Rs. 2000.00, then freight for both sides (as per actual), will be deducted before refunds.
